I've bought and sold too many homes at this point in my life. Lindsey renewed my faith in realtors and is the only reason (Besides Herb) that I worked with that agency. Lindsey is the exact person you want representing you either buying or selling a house. I've actually had her help me twice officially, and once unofficially, and if I do any business in MKE, it will be with Lindsey. She is tenacious, intelligent, kind, humble, and exacting at every step of the way. Lindsey protects her clients from all the ills of the process and I honestly cannot envision a better realtor. The transparency and education that comes along with working with Lindsey is second to none.

Lindsay worked with us so well from start to finish. I appreciated always being in the know and I never felt like I was waiting too long for responses or guidance. She was quick to let me know she was researching and let me know when she'd touch base with us. At closing, we received a binder full of all the documents we had signed, inspections we had requested, and finalized details about the property. It has already come in handy, just a few days after closing! And her ability to give referrals for contractors and companies she's used with other clients has been beyond helpful. We have found a great handy man, roofer, team of cleaners, and chimney tech. We've loved working with her so much and definitely trust her judgement enough to use these referred businesses.

Lindsay Czisny is the absolute best! This was my first experience selling and she kept me sane, calm and excited all at the same time. Who else can do that? Lindsay was the best, on point and very precise on everything she did for me. Overall very professional, but friendly at the same time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to get things done fast and accurately.
